La Mer The Eye Concentrate Overview Let’s face it.  For most of us, La Mer skincare is either out of reach completely or at the very least a major splurge.  Developed by Dr. Max Huber, a physicist, half a century ago, the famed Miracle Broth is the cornerstone of this very pricy line. Viewing the ocean, and more particularly sea…

Mary Kay TimeWise Targeted-Action Eye Revitalizer Overview I’ve pretty much been convinced that if you’re just concerned about lines and wrinkles, you know – general aging stuff, then a dedicated eye cream is not particularly necessary.  A good anti-wrinkle cream and some total protection sunblock should really be all you need.  If, however, you, like so many of us, suffer…

It’s been 2 months since meniscus surgery, and w It’s been 2 months since meniscus surgery, and while it’s been the suck in general, I am healing slowly but surely! These last couple of weeks especially I feel I’ve turned a corner, my inflammation is way down and I’m feeling loads better both physically and mentally. Shout out to @seminolesam for getting me back on track with the best supps and an awesome cleanse to get this chronic inflammation under control, I’ve literally done a 180! 💕 And thanks to @dr.stevemuscari for helping me keep straight! My back sure got jacked from limping and the dry needling really helped my knee too!⚡️ My PT is not on IG but she’s of course been wonderful also. Life’s going to throw you curveballs and you really have to work hard to stay positive and be patient with your body. I’ve definitely had my ups and downs. I’m sure I’ll be rehabbing most of the summer still, but looking forward to getting back to some yoga, and continuing to strengthen so maybe - just maybe - I can get back to beach volleyball one day. 🙂 #meniscussurgery #meniscusrehab #arthroscopic #sidelined #physicaltherapy #babysteps #healslidesforlife🤪

Does this look like something you would enjoy eating? 🤔 Sauté some peppers and tomatoes in butter, two eggs scrambled, a few dallops of Mykonos cashew/coconut cream cheese , sautéd spinach in MCT oil because I forgot to throw it in with the other veggies, salt/pepper, low carb wrap, half a haas avocado with spike seasoning. Sometimes I forget how good I feel eating an anti inflammatory diet, and it’s helping the swelling in my knee. 🥰 #ketodiet #lowcarblifestyle #antiinflammatorydiet #mct #pruvit #intermittentfasting #healingjourney #guesswhosback 💃
Things are moving right along and I’m feeling so Things are moving right along and I’m feeling so much better. Meniscus surgery on 2/13 and been to PT twice and now doing my homework at the gym. Doc says 4-6 weeks until I feel back to normal. I hope that’s the case! I’m just thankful my pain level is manageable now. It’s been a rough couple of weeks. #onthemends #meniscusrehab #meniscustear #onwardsandupwards

No matter where you are in you’re journey, and n No matter where you are in you’re journey, and no matter how frustrated you may feel your limitations are, you’re doing great! I’m thankful today that I’ve been able to practice yoga all summer with no major setbacks with my low back. I’ve missed volleyball but life goes on! Yoga has helped me with my mindset so much and staying positive has become a lot easier. So has touching my toes. 😂 🧘‍♀️ ✌️ Shout out to all the wonderful instructors at Hot or Not Yoga, I’m always sad to leave you when I head back to Florida! 🩷 #yoga #hotornotyoga #gratitude #healingjourney #lowbackpain #mindsetmatters #beachyoga #youareenough❤ #seasideparknj
Lucky to live somewhere where I can always get a g Lucky to live somewhere where I can always get a good dose of Vitamin D! I still supplement since my levels were low despite living in the sunshine state! Sunscreen and limited time in the sun will do that. How much vitamin D do you take? Recommendations seem to be all over the map. I usually take 10,000 IU a few times a week and brought my levels up to normal. #vitamind #vitaminsea #freshair #sunshine #shellhunting #soflo #jupiterflorida
