A: Hi Rosie, I wouldn't recommend to use if your breastfeeding, I'm not sure if that's such a good idea since you'll be passing on those herbs to your baby. They do have an estrogenic effect on the body, that's how they make the breasts grow, so I'm not sure how that would effect a baby. So, I started total curves again but this time I started with one pill a day. And after a 2 weeks I took one pill in the morning and one before bed. The gel I was using twice a day from day one. That’s a great question. With Total Curve, best results occur in about 60 days. If you stop taking it altogether, your breast size will return to what it was before after about 60 days. But you can keep the results by lowering your dose to the maintenance level. The same is true for Miroverve.

So, I started total curves again but this time I started with one pill a day. And after a 2 weeks I took one pill in the morning and one before bed. The gel I was using twice a day from day one. Hi Kim, I’m going to be honest, I couldn’t find the answer to your question on the Total Curve website nor specifically in any google articles. I know it’s safe to use with regular birth control, so I can only assume it’s OK with mirena since that’s just another way of receiving the hormones, however I would double check with your doctor.
