#1 Salmon
Cold water fish such as salmon are great for the skin’s health and healing process due to the high levels protein and potassium as well as vitamins B-6 and B-12. Broil or bake with a little seasoning and serve with lemon. Wild is best for all the healthy fats. In the wild, salmon eats sardines and other high fat fish. Farm raised salmon is fed with GMO corn. Wild caught salmon may taste a lot different from what you’re used to, but it’s so much better for you!
#2 Garlic
Garlic is an excellent food for keeping the skin clear because it reacts with the blood to fight off many viruses and harmful bacteria. Fresh garlic cloves are ideal to use while cooking many types of food. Stick ten cloves inside aluminum foil and drizzle just a little olive oil on it, bake for 15 minutes and it’s delicious just like that!
