A good fat burner for women can be extremely hard to find. In fact I’ve tried quite a few in the past but never found the right one that I could stick with.  

I recently got introduced to the Leanbean female fat burner which Is made by Ultimate Life – a new competitor in the weight loss industry. 

I’ve been testing it out in order to help me boost weight loss and keep my diet healthy. 

I’ve had some pretty great results so I decided to write a Leanbean review.

The first thing to say about Leanbean is that it’s a vegan fat burner with all natural ingredients. 

At $59, the company has taken a really luxury  approach – the overall quality of the packaging is divine!

One of the most appealing things for me is that Leanbean has been used as a carb blocker by professional sportswomen and models to tone their bodies and spike fat burning. This gave me more confidence in the product knowing that the experts have had success using it. 

What I liked best about this product was that it doesn’t advertise itself as a miracle worker. The manufacturer recommends you take the supplement in conjunction with a healthy lifestyle. 

What does this mean? 

Well, the manufacturer suggests maximizing your results by eating lean meats, blocking carbs, and getting regular exercise. 

This worked well for me as I like to keep in shape but often use supplements and vitamins to keep my body healthy and constantly using fat as energy.

I started taking Leanbean four times a day and combined it with some of the best fat burning exercises for women. Nothing crazy mind. Mostly planks, and abs. I also started working out with some dumbbells I bought when I was trying another diet. 

Honestly, I didn’t see many results in the first week, but even though my muscles were sore from the weights I carried on with my plan. At the end of the second week, I could see a change in my waistline, my appetite reduced which made the whole process easier. 

The third week was even better. The excess areas of fat around my hips and tummy were  noticeably less, and I could feel that my muscles were SUPER TONED. 

By the end of my first month using Leanbean I was more energetic during the exercises, even to the point where I could have carried on working out for longer if I’d wanted. 

After taking the supplement for four weeks I’d shed more pounds and wasn’t craving anywhere as much sweet food and I felt more ENERGETIC and HEALTHIER overall.

Overall I lost 16 lbs in 7 weeks, it was steady and consistent loss, which is the kind of fat loss that stays off.

Leanbean Fat Burner Ingredients

A lot manufacturers will will say anything to sell their product. That’s why I did my own real Leanbean review to decide whether the product really does contain the top ingredients for women’s weight loss.

Leanbean claims to lower appetite, boost your metabolism and keep the female body balanced by using only the top ingredients for weight loss. Some of them are considered SUPERFOODS, nearly all of them are renowned for their fat-burning abilities.

Here they are:

  1. Glucomannan – I have to admit, I’ve never heard of glucomannan until I found it in Leanbean’s ingredients list. Glucomannan, as it turns out, is an effective weight-loss supplement because it is a natural dietary fiber. This is one of the most viscous fibers you can eat, and it has an exceptional ability to absorb water. 

This means that once you eat it, the fiber will absorb some of the water in your digestive system, and it will take up a lot of space in your stomach. As a result, you won’t feel as hungry as you normally would. In addition, glucomannan has a low-calorie content, improving your chances of losing weight.

  1. Green Tea – Now we’re talking. Green tea is considered by one of the healthiest drink in the world. Green tea contains is a stimulant that aids fat burning. It also contains antioxidants that will boost your metabolism and remove the toxins from your body.
  1. Turmeric – Now, I’ve heard of turmeric on many occasions and even used it to cook with, but I didn’t know exactly what effect it had on weight loss. After reading about  turmeric I found it contains a powerful antioxidant called Curcumin. Curcumin raises your body temperature and speeds up your metabolism, stimulating and accelerating weight loss.

  1. Cayenne Pepper Cayenne pepper is a great detox aid, and it’s used in a lot of female fat burner supplements thanks to its ability to increase your metabolism and suppress your appetite. Having a higher metabolism means that your body needs more resources to run. 

Thus, your body will turn fat into fuel at a faster rate, stimulating weight loss. Cayenne pepper can boost your metabolism by up to 20% and reduce your appetite at the same time. 

  1. Green Coffee – We’re all aware that coffee contains caffeine. But the coffee we drink is made out of roasted coffee beans. When the coffee beans are roasted, they lose some of their healthy compounds. This is why green coffee is HEALTHIER, due to it being richer in antioxidants than the roasted variety of coffee beans,  it also contains large amounts of chlorogenic acid.

A lot of people online compare Leanbean vs Instant Knockout. Well, while both supplements use some of the same ingredients, the main difference between the two is that Instant Knockout is tailored for men but also sold to women. Leanbean is formulated exclusively for women. 

So for example Leanbean adds in a couple of extra appetite suppressants like Garcinia and Raspberry Ketones, and Instant knockout contains more caffeine anhydrous.

Q: how far apart did you spread out your dosage? -Kristin

A: Hi Kristin, Melissa takes one with breakfast, one with lunch, one with an afternoon snack and then the fourth one about an hour before dinner. It does have some caffeine but not a ton. If you're sensitive to caffeine you could take the fourth one a little earlier with a snack. Thanks for your question! ~Rachel

Q: I am concerned I will gain my weight back after I stop taking the Leanbean. Did you have that problem?? -Lindsay

A: Hi Lindsay, the Leanbean will help suppress your appetite, and once you start eating less your stomach will get used to a smaller amount. You could always continue taking one pill a day if you need a little help with appetite control once you reach your goal weight. There's no "rebound" weight gain effect, that would only come from eating an excess of calories. Did you already use the product successfully and now want to stop? Just taper down slowly and see how you do with less pills. Good luck! Rachel

Q: I’m currently eating healthier, doing DDPY and transform20 by Shaun T... I have stubborn Belly fat and inner thigh fat... while I’m slowly shrinking in inches, the scale fluctuates... does this help with scale numbers or just inches? -Teena-Louise

A: Hi Teena-Louise, that's somewhat of a loaded question. Leanbean is a fat burner so if you lose fat, you're naturally going to lose inches and also on the scale, unless you are also doing a workout regime that builds muscle. Then you may lose inches but not so much, if any, on the scale. It's really good to not just use the scale as your only indication of fat loss/weight loss. Q: I took it today for the first time I didn't have tummy aches or jitters. However I did not sleep all night and it is 5:00 am in the morning. Can you take two a day and still see results? -Megan

A: Hi Megan, did you take four? That's quite a bit to start. I would start with 2 a day and see how you feel, one in the morning and one early afternoon. Do that for a week and see how you feel! If you're not used to caffeine throughout the day I can see why it would keep you up. If I ever over caffeinate, I take about 1 mg melatonin drops and that seems to do the trick to get me to sleep.     Hi Rachel,

    Once I’ve reached my target weight by using Leanbean, can I stop using it and will the results remain? Or will I have to keep using Leanbean?
    Actual question is, will I pick up all the weight I’ve lost once I stop using Leanbean?
    I live a pretty healthy lifestyle, eat healthy etc.
    I’m getting married this year and would like to look my best, of course, but I wouldn’t like to get all the excess weight back_ I need to lose 1,5 stone.

      Hi Val, this is a question I get a lot. Leanbean will help curb your appetite and make it easier to make better choices, as well as work as a fat burner. Once you stop Leanbean, the only thing that will cause weight gain is consuming an excess of calories. This is true with any diet… start eating too much again and yes the weight will creep back on. But just stopping the Leanbean will not cause weight gain. It’s all about calories in/calories out. You may want to give ketones a look as well. Congrats on your upcoming wedding! xo Rachel
