ordered on of your products as a sample and paid for deliver but I see you charged me a huge money as a cost of this cream. In my opinion it is a tricks and unacceptable. you should refund my money as soon as possible,

Hi Peggy, I don’t sell Derma Juvenate (or any products directly for that matter), in fact I recommend AGAINST this product since it’s a short term free trial that’s certainly not “free.” I just wrote a review about the product. I was able to find their contact information, however so I would call them right away to cancel, as WELL as send them an email to cancel. And you will probably be required to send the unused product back so I’ll give you their address as well. Good luck!

Maryam, Please check your records as to where you purchased your sample of Derma Juvenate. I do not sell this product, in fact I recommend against it as it’s a free trial “scam”. I did find a phone number for them on the Better Business Bureau site. Call them as soon as possible to cancel the free trial you ordered. Derma Juvenate (888) 447-6613
