Thanks for your message...it could help, it's one of those things that you'd need to try to see how it works for you and possibly need to adjust the dose. I'm not a Dr.... and much of the CBD testimonies are anecdotal since we're so behind on actual published studies. But people are using for all kinds of things such as epilepsy, Parkinsons, etc. It has a calming effect and it's natural so I think it's worth a try. Best of luck! Rachel
