In my opinion, that’s why so many people are willing to try almost anything that makes them look younger and manufacturers are happy to sell us a solution. That’s why so many anti aging skin care products spring up on the market. Take Pretox 20, for instance. This is yet another product that says it’s the perfect alternative to Botulinum Toxin A because instead of paralyzing the muscles like the former does, Pretox 20 just temporarily “reduces the strength” of muscle contractions. The theory is that the less your facial muscles move, the less wrinkles will deepen and the fewer lines will appear. It also promises to stimulate the synthesis of collagen and give your skin a more youthful overall appearance. How does Pretox do all that?
Pretox 20 – How it Works and Its Ingredients
There is an official website for Pretox 20 that is presented by the distributor, Medik8. The website does have information about numerous Medik 8 products, but there is a page dedicated to Pretox 20. There you’ll find some general information and the complete list of ingredients in Pretox 20 gel. This product does contain Argeriline and Hyaluronic Acid, both elements known to be beneficial to aging skin. The distributor describes the formula as “an inoffensive hexapeptide composed of natural amino acids”.
It is stated several time on the website that Pretox 20 is a safe, injection free alternative to Botulinum Toxin A. It also tells us that this product is made for people in their 20s – 40s. This tells me that Pretox 20 is meant to be used more as a preventative to wrinkles than to eliminate wrinkles that are already present.
Where to Buy Pretox 20
Even though there is a website for Pretox 20, there was no ordering information for people in the United States. The product was seen at some online retailers though they did not seem to be US based. The price ran about 50 pounds online, which translates into approximately $80 US.

Our Conclusions
There are some appealing points about Pretox 20, including the fact that it contains both Argeriline and Hyaluronic Acid, known to improve aging skin condition. We also appreciate the fact that there is an official website. It is confusing why the product does not seem to be distributed by US retailers, however, and we find that cause for concern. There are too many products that contain similar ingredients that are much easier to purchase from US retailers. For that reason alone, we don’t plan on recommending Pretox 20. If you do choose to order this product from abroad, please tell us about your experience.

Pretox 20 may be one of the most effective cream for wrinkles, but if you use a cream for wrinkle treatment, your skin will become an addict to the cream and you will have to continue its use for a long time.
